He arrived from Italy with a completely disordered smile. He lives in Milan and had a very short window to resolve it: one week.

The aesthetic diagnosis was clear: the smile plane was broken. The incisal edges did not follow the interpupillary line or the architecture of his face. The front teeth looked fractured, irregular, with no harmonious reading.

This kind of case is not solved by lightening the colour. We had to rebuild the shape, the length, the proportion and the visual direction of the entire smile.

The plan was a smile design with AM ceramic veneers, guided by facial analysis. We corrected the incisal plane, levelled the edges, restored volume and reorganised the smile so the result integrated with his face.

In one week he went from a broken smile to a clean, harmonious and natural one. An extreme before and after, but with a very AM premise: the result should look powerful without looking artificial.
