Dental crowding resolved with smile design and ceramic rehabilitation of both arches — no surgery, no orthodontics
She was one of our very first patients. She came to AM Estética Dental with crowded teeth and the desire to transform her smile, but with two very clear conditions: she did not want to go through surgery, and she did not want orthodontic treatment.
Starting from a comprehensive diagnosis, we designed an oral rehabilitation for both arches. The treatment was carried out with ceramic restorations, aiming to visually reorganise the smile, improve its proportions and build a result in harmony with her facial features.
The before and after shows a profound transformation. But the most important value of this case appears with the passing of time: the rehabilitation has been in her mouth for more than 13 years.
For us it is a particularly meaningful case. Not only was it part of the early years of AM Estética Dental, it also lets us show the importance of diagnosis, planning and follow-up in a high-complexity ceramic rehabilitation.
The patient remains grateful for the change, and her smile is still one of the most representative transformations of our trajectory.
