Dental agenesis + microdontia + dark teeth — resolved with 2 years of aligners, implants and 24 ceramic restorations
He came to the practice with small, brown teeth and several empty spaces where teeth had never erupted. Dental agenesis is not only an aesthetic problem — it changes your face, your bite, the way you see yourself in the mirror.
The plan was long but clear: first, two years of AM invisible aligners, accelerated with laser therapy (without the laser it would have been three years). The orthodontics closed spaces, prepared the ground and aligned the structure for what came next.
Then, implants in the areas where teeth were missing and where the bone allowed it. And to finish: 24 ceramic restorations, upper and lower, with an increase in vertical dimension to restore the bite and change the proportions of the lower third of the face.
The result was not just a new smile. It was another face. Another bearing. Another presence.
